EQD Day 17 - Moon Burn

This is my seventeenth piece for the Equestria Daily Artist Training Grounds II Event. The event gives a new theme out every day for a month and challenges participants to sketch a pony fitting the theme of the day. I will be participating in every day of the event if possible and the images will be uploaded here.

Theme: Pony Under Pressure/Pony Taking The Heat

Pony: Woona (from Moonstuck: [link]). The pony for today was requested by a friend of mine. She wanted an image of Woona at some point, so I figured that today would work out pretty well.

Interpretation of the Theme:
Woona is enjoying some time in the sun while she is banished on the surface of the moon. While the moon is usually a pretty cold place, it can get quite toasty. In fact, the equator can reach temperatures of 390 Kelvin (~242 F). So, Woona is likely boiling hot right now, but she seems not to mind.
